From leading kitchens at Park Hyatt Melbourne and The RuMa Hotel to collaborating with Michelin-starred chefs in Krabi, Tyson blends creativity with environmental responsibility.

Winner of NSW Pastry Chef of the Year 2025, Patrick brings almost a decade of experience to the hotel’s pastry program. His work is defined by precision and a firm respect for seasonality, weaving local flavours into desserts that are modern and balanced.
