In partnership with iconic Australian chocolate biscuit brand Tim Tam, the experience features Tim Tam-inspired desserts including a Tim Tam hot chocolate, Australian staples such as sausage roll and beef pie along with freshly baked scones with a Tim Tam Chewy Caramel spread.

Every pastry is shaped, folded and finished entirely by hand, each layer is given the time it needs to become something special. Every morsel is made only for you, crafted to be savoured slowly so its textures and flavours unfold at the same unhurried pace as the afternoon itself.
This is where time seems to slow with every glance outside the window, while conversations drift as easily as the ferries gliding back and forth across the harbour. Champagne, soft light and a tiered stand of delights create a serene escape made for unhurried weekends and effortless indulgence.

Tyson’s savouries highlight ingredients sourced from local growers and coastal producers, creating a menu that feels distinctly tied to the land and harbour beyond the windows.
Patrick’s pastries echo this philosophy, celebrating native botanicals, seasonal fruit and artisanal Australian dairy in delicately handcrafted forms.
