At Park Hyatt Sydney, our pastry team are experts in creating cakes for the most important of celebrations. Whether enjoyed during a long lunch or brought out as the perfect finale to a milestone, these cakes are made to make the gathering feel just as good as they taste.
Available in two sizes: 6-inch for 6 to 8 guests at $75, and 8-inch for 10 to 14 guests at $115.
Each cake is made to order with 48 hours’ notice. Prices include GST.
Flourless Chocolate Cake
A rich flourless dark chocolate cake layered with ganache, salted caramel, milk chocolate chantilly and candied hazelnuts.
LEMON COCONUT CAKE
A beautiful coconut and lemon cake topped with torched meringue, lemon and orange compôte and a tangy lemon curd.
VICTORIA SPONGE CAKE
The timeless Victoria sponge topped with vanilla mascarpone cream, raspberry gel, fresh strawberries and raspberries.
BASQUE CHEESECAKE
Burnt vanilla basque cheesecake topped with rosella jam ripple cream and finished with seasonal berries.
