“Vivid is always a moment we look forward to as chefs. It’s a chance to get a little creative and let the energy of the city influence what we put on the plate.

For this year’s menu, we’ve focused on winter produce and bold seasonal flavours in The Dining Room, while creating playful desserts like Bright Lights and Afterglow that echo the colours and glow of the festival.

In The Living Room, we wanted to keep things relaxed with fresh pasta and easy dishes for guests stopping by before or after exploring the light trail, while still being able to enjoy the same Vivid-inspired desserts and drinks.”

Savour the vibrant atmosphere with the regular à la carte menu alongside a selection of pastas, with the option to indulge in two limited-edition desserts inspired by the festival’s Go Beyond theme. Pair your dining experience with our Vivid-inspired cocktail or mocktail while taking in the glowing views of the harbour.
