For Christmas, we have embraced the essence of an Australian summer with the finest seafood, from freshly shucked oysters to sweet, delicate prawns. Traditional favourites such as glazed Berkshire ham and pavlova are prepared with festive touches to create a memorable occasion.

As the year draws to a close, New Year’s Eve is about marking the moment with style. The menu features indulgent highlights such as Western Australian marron, Wagyu beef, and a rich chocolate dessert. On the rooftop, our guests can enjoy a live station that rotates hourly from a caviar bump experience to grilled yakitori and flowing canapés. It will be a night of culinary celebration. This Christmas, afternoon tea is presented on a tiered stand inspired by the Sydney Harbour Bridge, each curve framing festive flavours. Savour braised turkey pie with cranberry gel and prawn cocktail with Marie Rose before moving to sweet creations like a gingerbread and salted vanilla bûche de Noël, a cherry, milk chocolate and hazelnut bauble, and warm vanilla scones with house-made jam. With the harbour as your backdrop, it’s a celebration as iconic as the view.
