This Christmas, afternoon tea is presented on a tiered stand inspired by the Sydney Harbour Bridge, each curve framing festive flavours. Savour braised turkey pie with cranberry gel and prawn cocktail with Marie Rose before moving to sweet creations like a gingerbread and salted vanilla bûche de Noël, a cherry, milk chocolate and hazelnut bauble, and warm vanilla scones with house-made jam. With the harbour as your backdrop, it’s a celebration as iconic as the view.
